City Secretary

Overview:

The City Secretary's Office is primarily responsible for giving notice and recording City Council meetings, is designated responsible for certain official records and documents of the City, including minutes of the City Council, ordinances and resolutions, deeds and easements, contracts, the computerized indexing of Council actions and Board appointments, computerized code, keeps abreast of legislative changes in elections, administers all City elections, and the City's Records Management program, provides support services to the City Council, and responds to request made by the City Manager affecting the daily business operation of the City.
